Shot Blasting and Grit Blasting Services
Cambrian Castings shot blasts and bead blasts everything in-house and for larger castings they send them for grit blasting.
Machining Engineering Castings
Drilling, tapping, milling, boring, grind, facing and turning machining services are available and all castings, be-it iron, bronze or aluminium.
We can accept CNC data to fully machine any part to completion.
Foundry Pattern Making
Alot of Cambrian Castings customers use them to manage the whole casting process from Pattern Making to Machining. Highly skilled pattern makers have worked with them for many, many years.
Steam Railway
Castings
Cambrian castings has made steam heritage railway castings for many years. Cambrian can make cast iron firebars or complex, high pressure valves for boilers in brass, bronze or gunmetal.
Site Fitting of Railings and Iron Work
Cambrian Castings has worked on alot of prestigious conservation and restoration projects for railings, balconies and street furniture across the UK and can offer site fitting services.
Cambrian Castings welcomes enquiries from a wide range of industries. They have made wear-resistant bearing housings in specialist grades of gunmetal for Tata Steel, Crusher Plates, Vintage Cylinder Heads through to finials for English Heritage, Iron Railings for Heritage and Conservation Projects and all of this work has been made from start to finish from pattern equipment through to the finished casting.
